Weight Loss Article Case Study

The project

The team at Lose Weight by Eating commissioned me to write several articles about food and weight loss for their website. In this instance, they asked me to write about clean eating tips for weight loss. They provided suggested keywords and publishing guidelines to maintain their style and credibility.

The process

Using what I know about Audrey’s audience, I set to work compiling a list of 10 of the most effective cleaning eating tips. The post was highly action-oriented, with actionable headlines and calls to action. Any health-related claim in the article had to be backed by authoritative research sources, all of which are cited. I formatted the content for online readability using the voice of Audrey.

The outcome

The articles I wrote increased the visibility of the Lose Weight by Eating site. The clean eating article I wrote helped the site earn a coveted spot on the first page of Google for the “lose weight clean eating” keyword, a highly competitive niche.
